I watched with great interest your intermittent coverage on the Sudan War, thank you for continuing to shine some light on that forgotten war.

Now that the world’s attention is focused on the war on Iran, it is important to put the forgotten Sudan war under the spotlight. Civilians are still being killed as the war has intensified.

Iran has been a firm supporter of the Islamic regime in Sudan for decades, selling them weapons and building weapons factories. Most people in Sudan, although they are not supporters of Iran, have hailed Iran for bombing UAE who has supplied weapons to the RSF who has committed atrocities and multiple genocides in Sudan.

The question now is if UAE will continue its regional agenda given what happened and all the financial difficulties it will face.
