I don't think its intentionally, and largely happens because Sagaar is not a legal expert, but his legal takes about federalism are always pretty maddening.
Today, he talked alot about the murder of the woman in Minneapolis. He did by stating effectively, well the law really favors cops, and thats just the way things are. Can't do anything about it. People need to prepare.
Fast forward 4 minutes, and he is saying that cities and states who refuse to cooperate with ICE, well thats a travesty if neo confederacy that is unacceptable.
But Sagaar, that's the law! The Conservative Legal Movement has given us the anti-commendeering line of cases that does not permit the federal government to commendeer state resources to execute federal law. States can always choose whether or not to work with the feds on law enforcement. They cannot be forced to comply.
This is why I find his dispassionate legal analysis bullshit. When he doesnt care about a topic, well we need to be dispassionate and focus on the law.
But when the law gets in the way of his pet project of mass deportation, well all of sudden the law is dumb and stupid and should be ignored.
Gotta pick a lane.

Just a reminder that leftists want you dead if you disagree with them on any issue and the only reason they care about the she/her shot by ICE is because they’re consolidating power
Saagar, unlawful orders.
Are ICE agents allowed to legally make traffic stops and enforce state/local laws?
Shouldn't they record and report to local authorities?
Also we just had murderer disguised as law enforcement assassinate MN legislators and MN authorities here said ICE did not forwarn them of their arrival.
We would any of us trust authorities who do not and/or refuse to identify themselves beyond a patch on an outfit.
The use of the word flee is being dangerously misused. Longer video shows another vehicle pulling out and away from Renee, if it weren't for approaching vehicle (of "ICE" ) she was readying to depart also. When she sees the approaching vehicle stop she then decides to go but is also suddenly being approached by "agents".
This whole situation stinks and certainly seems to be unnecessarily escalated, almost as to elicit a response from the public.
This appears insidious & intentional.
The lack of appropriate response after shots fired denying immediate care does not look good.

Saagers flavor of political idealism is wholly theoretical and academic UNTIL he actually has personal experience or confrontation with opposing information. It’s not being devoid of empathy, but is consistently not applying it. He’s sterilized the human experience out of his observations- until forced to confront them.
