I asked "What biological sex does the depicted individual have?"
The results are below, but they aren't important.
What's important is the depicted person has never existed. They never had a biological sex to begin with, because they are AI generated.
This demonstrates that [biological sex] and [sociological gender] are not the same.

On the government shutdown & prior CJA funding shortfall. This is my letter to the editor of our courthouse newsletter. I’d love to talk to our hosts about this!
This funding crisis is not simply a line-item issue. It strikes at the Constitution itself and exposes deep systemic failures in how we administer justice.
Under the CJA, the Sixth Amendment right to counsel exists only if there are qualified lawyers who can afford to keep showing up. I have depleted savings, taken on debt, and am now weighing whether I can remain on the panel. I imagine I am not the only one in this position. If CJA attorneys cannot sustain their work and begin to step away, the immediate result is slower case resolution, longer detention times, and a justice system that functions less effectively for all participants.
