Sagaar makes a really, really dumb argument about the undocumented people being counted in the census.
"Its never faced scrutiny at the Supreme Court"
Neither has the clause that says "Every President must be 35 years."
Why? Because the text is so clear no one can seriously challenge it.
Every 10 years since 1790, we counted everyone (save the 3/5ths clause and American Indians) regardless of citizenship and since the Civil War, we've counted everyone.
Whether or not its a good policy is completely separate from, is this what the Constitution says.
