First of all love my unironic sister in Christ Emily. Today she called Trump admin “stupid” on Abrego Garcia case and same word “stupid” for “scooping up Ozturk off the street for an op-ed.” Like I agree they are stupid but that’s not a sufficient word. I have similar conversations with my mom (another subscriber) It’s interesting.
I guess to be fair to Emily on Ozturk, she said it’s stupid for the Admin to say it’s bringing back free speech at the same time. The word stupid just sticks out to me because yes, sometimes they believe their own bullshit. But the word for those cases for me is “evil.”
Great monologue by Saagar today! I mean that sincerely, and also let me poke a little fun at him. I think it’s hilarious that Saagar, who puts on this F-Europe persona, that is extremely entertaining, and seems to be a sentiment many in the right-leaning man-o-sphere embrace, now supports the French model for child care and the Portugal model for drug legalization. Which European model for labor does he like the most? Sweden? In all seriousness, I hope that we, in the Breaking Points community, can provide as much support for Saagar as he needs, and I’m excited for the influence being a father will have on his journalism.

Be mad at me, don't care, but definitely shut the fuck up and listen from now on. You arent good at voting for your interests, in reality. The dems suck, too, don't think im spinning there but you've been real emotional, lately, with this immigration shit and it's time to wake up from the sheep state. True, they likely won't come for you, but they could come for the relatives you care about. They can now come for your co-workers, your friends, your kid's friends and their family. They can come for you. You may say "oh, I'm not an immigrant. And if they come for me, I'll just show them I'm legal".
